Is Jesus Christ God of the Universe?
The question of how do we know God is real has perplexed many throughout history
Some argue that God sends people to answer this question, like Theophilus who found his answer at a coffeehouse over a latte. Others believe in the existence of hell as proof of God’s reality. However, there is no direct answer to this question, and even Romans 1:18 states that God’s existence is evident through nature.
God’s existence is not something that can be proven with empirical evidence, but rather it is a matter of faith
However, there are signs of God’s presence all around us. From the wonders of creation to the wrath and anger that can be seen in the face of injustice and impiety, God’s hand can be felt.
Hebrews 11:3 – Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
The word “God” originates from the Greek word “theos,” which means “divine being.”
The Bible tells us that God is real and that He exists. In fact, we can see His presence in the chains and imprisonment of those who are wicked and unrepentant. We can also see His anger towards those who do not believe in Him.
How do we know God is real?
Well, one point to consider is the reality of sin. If God wasn’t real, then why would there be a concept of sin in the first place? If sin is not real, then why is the world falling apart and children are suffering? Furthermore, when we see God’s anger towards those who do not believe in Him, it’s not just ordinary anger. In fact, the Greek word used by Paul for this wrath, which implies a swollen indignation or an outburst of juice.
Colossians 1:16 – For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
The question of how we know God is real is a complex one, with many different perspectives and arguments. Some look to the existence of heaven as proof of God’s reality, while others focus on the intricacies of the human body and brain as evidence of a creator. Still others point to the obligation we feel to live in a certain way, or to avoid failure and impurity. In 1 Corinthians 8:4, Paul warns against impiety and reminds us that there is only one true God.
We can see His, God the Lord Jesus Christ’s, existence in the world around us
As humans, we have a special way of understanding our purpose in life and recognizing the weightiness of our existence. We are special beings created in God’s image, and it is our duty to honor Him with our devotion and thanks. Through His complete love for us, we have the privilege of experiencing the depth of His grace and mercy.
Our health and ability to live are evidence of His handiwork as our Creator. We also owe Him an infinite debt for His complete love towards us, despite our constant indignation and injustice towards one another. As human beings, we must show respect for ourselves and others as special creations of God.
As human beings, we must show respect for ourselves and others as special creations of God. However, some people may question the existence of God and why he loves us… One way to understand the reality of God is by recognizing His creations. Just like how we know that David created his famous sculpture or how we can appreciate Mona Lisa as a masterpiece, we can see the handiwork of a Creator in every living thing around us.
Revelation 4:11 – Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
God is real, and there is evidence of His existence all around us
While some may argue that knowledge of God’s existence comes from faith alone, there are many who believe that the core of our being is inherently aware of God’s presence. The verb “to know” implies a certain level of certainty, and for many people, this certainty comes from past experiences or encounters with God.
Epicurus once argued that if God is all-powerful and all-loving, then evil wouldn’t exist in the world
However, many people argue that their conscience and personal experiences provide them with knowledge of God’s existence. They see the little notes on bulletin boards or petty heralds preaching about sin as straws pointing towards a greater truth – that there is a God who rules over all. For some, personal experiences and knowledge gained through faith provide evidence of God’s existence. Others may be drawn to the idea of a higher power due to personal interest or curiosity. In Christianity, the life and teachings of Jesus are often used as evidence for the existence of God.
Genesis 2:7 – And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
In addition to the life and teachings of Jesus, there are other ways that Christians know God is real
One way is through the Greek verb kathoratai, which means “to perceive clearly.” This standard Greek word is used in Romans 1:20 to describe how creation itself reveals God’s invisible attributes and eternal power. The cosmos around us serves as evidence of His divinity. The Bible is the ultimate source of knowledge about God. It teaches us about His character, His love, and His plan for our salvation. Poor Epicurus argued that if God existed, He would not allow suffering and evil in the world. However, special revelation reveals that God uses suffering to draw us closer to Him and to refine our character. Creationists believe that the complexity and beauty of creation are proof of a divine creator.

There are also other ways to know that God is real. The world itself reveals certain things about God’s character and nature, such as his power and creativity. Additionally, many people have had personal experiences of revelation or encounters with God that confirm his existence. The Bible also contains truths about God and his relationship with mankind and women throughout history. The question of God’s existence has been an important old debate among people for centuries. While science and knowledge have limits in explaining the world around us, many people believe in a higher power or creator. Some use lack of evidence as an excuse to deny God’s existence, but there is evidence of his presence. In 2 Peter 3:5 and an old testament parallel, we see that creation itself points to the existence of a creator.
The Greek word meaning “divine” is theos, which refers to the eternal nature and attributes of God
The created people we are can see evidence of God’s divine power (as clearly seen through symbiotic relationships through the order in the world around us. This idea suggests that there is a personal God, Jesus Christ, who created and governs the world – but for now Satan acts as the prince of the world and that is why it is falling apart. In fact, throughout the Old Testament, we see examples of people encountering God’s divinity and deity in various ways. The term revelation comes to mind. Throughout history, people have experienced revelations of God’s attributes and wonders. His glory has been revealed to both men and women, with no one gender having exclusive access to divine knowledge. In fact, throughout the Old Testament, we see examples of people encountering God’s divinity and deity in various ways.
Exodus 20:11 – For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
When we look up at the heavens and witness the grandeur of celestial bodies
In the midst of darkness, God’s mercy shines like a beacon of light. Despite our human tendencies towards spite and willful ignorance, the weightiness of creation points us towards a powerful God who authored all truths. King David wrote in Psalm 19 that “the heavens declare the glory of God,” and as we see His glorious gospel shine through even the emptiest and darkest places, our hearts cannot help but thrill at His presence.
Throughout history, people have encountered God’s presence in different ways
From the Old Testament to present day, there are countless stories of individuals who have experienced God’s power firsthand. The truth about God can be obscured by the darkness of our own sin and impiety. It takes willful effort to seek out and accept the free offer of salvation that He offers us. Our lives take form in different ways, some marked by disease and injustice, but we can find solace in knowing that Jesus Christ walks with us through the abysmal waters of life. The beauty and complexity of the natural world are a visual display of His handiwork. The bible also speaks to His existence, with the psalmist declaring His wonderful character and grand purpose. In the earliest days of history, we see God at work in redemption and salvation. Like a banker with limitless vaults, He has infinite wonders to share with us if we seek Him out.
Jonathan Edwards, a famous theologian, once said that there are countless ways to know that God is real
From the birth of a child to the grand proof of nature’s glory, we can see His handiwork all around us. Even in death, we can find comfort knowing that God is with us. According to Jonathan Edwards, God communicated things through everyday experiences, such as marriage and the love between a man and woman. In the darkness of corruption and isolation, we can find solace in knowing that God is real. Even when faced with the putrefying mess of the grave, belief in God gives us hope beyond this world.
